What we delete

After we verify the request, we delete or deidentify data associated with the account, including:

  • the service-provider account and contact profile;
  • service area, availability, device sessions, and authentication identifiers;
  • identity and professional-license documents submitted during provider registration; and
  • task notes, task photos, and other provider-submitted content when deletion is permitted.

Timing and records we may retain

We process verified requests without unreasonable delay and within the period required by applicable law. Temporary backup copies may remain until they are overwritten through our normal backup cycle. We may retain limited transaction, completed-task, property-access, security, fraud-prevention, audit, tax, dispute, or legal records only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes or required by law or a valid legal hold. Retained information is restricted to the applicable purpose and is not used to keep the deleted account active.
