1. Program and sender
AIgentProp LLC and the property owner or property-management company identified in your interaction may send text messages using AIgentProp technology. Messages may include one-time passcodes, requested property information, responses to your inquiry, showing confirmations and changes, property-access notices, account or security alerts, and service-task updates.
2. Consent and frequency
By providing a mobile number and requesting or agreeing to SMS communication, you consent to receive messages related to that interaction, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing or renting property. AIgentProp does not use a transactional-message consent as consent for unrelated marketing.
3. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to stop messages from the sending number or HELP for help. We may send one confirmation after an opt-out. You may also email robinx@aigentprop.com. A new request or a message from a different property manager may be a separate program; follow the instructions in that message to control it.
4. Charges, availability, and safety
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and SMS should not be used for emergencies. Call 911 for an emergency and contact the property manager through another published method for a time-sensitive property issue.
5. Privacy
We use telephone numbers, message content, delivery information, and opt-out records to provide the messaging program, prevent abuse, document consent and preferences, and comply with law. See the Privacy Policy and, for rental inquiries, the Applicant Notice.
