Service Provider Portal Notice & Terms

Privacy, confidentiality, location, photo, smart-access, and acceptable-use terms for people performing assigned property services.

Effective: August 13, 2026Version: 2026.08.13

1. Scope and separate agreement

This notice applies to the AIgentProp Service Provider Portal. Your agreement with the property manager or service company controls assignment, compensation, taxes, insurance, licensing, worker classification, cancellations, and service standards. AIgentProp provides the portal technology unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

2. Information collected and used

  • Name, telephone number, email address, provider and device identifiers, authentication, and account activity.
  • Assigned and available tasks, availability, status, notes, completion records, and communications.
  • Precise or approximate location while the feature is in use, to display nearby or assigned work, update service coverage, support routing, and document authorized access.
  • Camera or photo-library content that you choose to attach to a task.
  • Bluetooth and smart-lock interactions, access credentials, unlock events, property, device, timestamp, and security records.
  • App diagnostics, device information, and fraud or security signals.

This information may be disclosed to the property manager or organization responsible for the task and to contracted hosting, mapping, communications, support, and smart-device providers. It is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Location, camera, photos, and Bluetooth

Grant only permissions needed for your work. Location permission is intended for use while the app or a location-enabled task feature is active, not unrelated off-duty monitoring. Task photos and notes may be shared with the property manager and retained as the service record. Bluetooth is used for an assigned compatible lock. Do not photograph occupants, personal documents, or areas unrelated to the task unless specifically authorized and lawful.

4. Confidentiality and applicant information

Prospect, tenant, owner, occupant, property, schedule, contact, access, and security information is confidential. Use it only to perform the assigned task. Do not copy it to personal systems, disclose it to another person, contact a prospect for an unrelated purpose, use it for marketing, or retain it after the task except as expressly authorized. Immediately report a lost device, misdirected message, improper disclosure, or suspected unauthorized access.

5. Property access and safety

  • Use access credentials only for the assigned property, task, person, and time window.
  • Do not share, screenshot, duplicate, guess, or retain a credential.
  • Follow check-in, safety, occupant-notice, lock-up, and incident-reporting instructions.
  • Do not enter when authorization is unclear, conditions appear unsafe, or an occupant refuses lawful access; contact the responsible property manager.

6. Account and acceptable use

Keep verification codes and devices secure, provide accurate information, and use only your own account. We may suspend access for suspected misuse, security risk, contract termination, or legal compliance. Portal communications are transactional; SMS use is governed by the SMS Terms.

7. Rights, retention, and contact

Records are retained based on the customer relationship, task record, payment, safety, security, legal, and dispute requirements, then deleted or deidentified. Privacy rights and request instructions appear in the Privacy Policy. Contact the organization assigning your tasks for work-related questions and robinx@aigentprop.com for portal privacy or security.
